~ LifeTime Bloomington South on 98th St. (Members may enjoy weekly classes with their membership. Workshops and some special events are open to the public and do not require membership.)


dsc_0003.jpgThe advantage of private 1-to-1 and 1-to-2 yoga for individuals and pairs is a beautifully personalized experience: understand the specifics of your body, breathing patterns, and how you can participate in your own energy – matter / mind-body connection, allowing for greater states of health, and tools for self-management. I teach to where you are at in your body and life at the time we meet. With repeat sessions, the ability to build and retain strength and mobility is increased through tailored poses, pacing, and specific breathing to benefit your practice.
