Can I be blunt? Holy Shit! Last night was amazing. I was absolutely blown away by how light and cleansed I felt by the time I got home. I don’t know what kind of sorcery you practice but I’m a convert and I’ll be back. Thank you…what an amazing experience.

Reconnecting to Self

After Full Moon Yoga, I felt a relief from my scoliosis and a noticeable openness in my hips. The class includes intentional sequences tailored to the classes skill level, hands on adjustments, and a teaching at the end. The adjustments ease you toward a deeper practice. Calley's voice is a beautiful highlight of the experience. She uses her instrument as a guide through the class, making it very easy to close your eyes and let your breathe lead the way. Thanks Calley

Calley is one of the greatest teachers! I am so grateful I have had the pleasure of taking her classes. She is focused, and very interested in improving your practice while paying attention to any limitations and/or injuries you may have.

I love any opportunity to practice yoga with Calley - she is simply one of the best teachers, (and humans) I know! Incredibly knowledgeable about both the physical and spiritual side of the practice, she is highly intuitive, generous, and tuned in to students’ needs. She gives phenomenal adjustments! If you have the opportunity to stay for a potluck/drink/bonfire/tarot reading or anything else Calley is involved in, know that it will be amazing and you'll be glad you did!

I recently completed a set of one-on-one yoga sessions with Calley and am so happy I did. Calley definitely knows her stuff, but what was more important to me was her ability to customize the practice to me on a personal level. I never felt judged for how little I knew--I only felt encouragement, and this has made me want to continue practicing--a big change from how I used to view yoga, for sure! I am looking forward to continuing on this journey, thanks to Calley.

Calley is one of the best yoga teachers I have met. She takes great care in breaking down the anatomy of individual poses so that they make sense in a way that best supports each student. Her Practice Project series is a great way to learn how to support your personal practice in a sustained fashion that resonates holistically.

I’ve attended a number of outdoor yoga sessions with Calley. They have all been amazing! She’s great about listening to her clients and providing helpful adjustments throughout the session. I’ve always left feeling relaxed and energized. As a bonus, there are often deer that walk the yard during the session and she makes a rad bean dip for the lucky clients that stay afterwards too.

The Yoga With Calley Community

creative Yogis

At the end of the day, we all want to unplug and feel connected to people who understand us. If you are:

  • self-employed

  • business owner

  • your own brand

  • leader in your workplace

  • gig or creative economy worker

  • generally a creativity-loving person

chances are you’ll fit right in with the yogis in this gang.

spiritualLY EMPOWERED

Historically, family, friends, and other “social watering holes,” provide emotional, financial, and social support. The workplace, bars, restaurants, entertainment venues, and other social gathering spaces offer spaces to share experiential and intellectual interests. And our local gym or hot yoga studio is a great place to get a good sweat.

But as the world speeds up and our mental, social, and emotional capacity is stretched beyond anything humans have known before…

where does one find a judgment-free zone to embrace a spiritual practice that is rooted in embodiment?

Here! This community & these events.

Project Practice is an evolving effort - just like life - about actively practicing our health & happiness in a supportive group, and exploring what that means for each of us through sharing stories, unpacking experiences in our bodies, and using yoga philosophy as a mirror for understanding and offering a roadmap. Small daily routines are what make the building blocks of life. I’m committed to creating a non-judgmental community built on intention, exploration, and expression to help keep us true to our unique paths, lives, and goals.
